Endurance is one of the 10 physical skills that are integral to the heart of FFOTB’s programming. Like the Bluff’s programming as a whole, the purpose of the Endurance program is not to make you and expert or a specialist but to compliment your overall performance. While we can work it to prepare you for your first Marathon or to help you reach a goal time in your next 10k the intention of the classes will be to improve your form, cardio, stamina, and speed thus aiding you in rocking out your met cons and keeping fit for life!
Each class will be comprised of warm-up, drills, a running based workout and a cool-down. This class is OUR class, so as the weeks proceed we can continue to adapt based on feedback and the athletic goals of the group as a whole!
