Our Programs

General Physical Preparedness (GPP)

GPP. This is our bread and butter. It’s the heart of our fitness school, and all of our general classes fall under the GPP umbrella. The purpose of this program is to yield the most broad, general, inclusive fitness possible. Furthermore, this understanding of fitness is definable and measurable as a measure of capability in the following areas:

  • Endurance
  • Stamina
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Power-Speed
  • Coordination
  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Accuracy

By nature, we don’t create specialists in our GPP program. We actually seek to create the opposite. Your competency across all metabolic pathways, skill sets, and work loads is crucial to real life performance. With competency in these areas, our students are better fit for life. Life as we know it is full of the unexpected. Sometimes it calls to be fast and agile and other times it calls to be strong and accurate. GPP is a relevant foundation for a human being of any physical caliber.
